Brownies are sweet, soft, moist, and come in a variety of forms, shapes and sizes. They may be fudgy, cakey, fluffy or sometimes gooey, depending on their density. They also come in many colors and shades that are equally delicious: Caramel, cheesecake-swirl, chocolate-fudge and of course blondies.
In case you didn’t catch the millions of innuendos, brownies are the perfect confectionery equivalent to VAGINAS. We love all things sweet but we’re kind of obsessed with brownies!
How Do Brownie Points Work?
We want everyone with a vag to become an OSYGirl! Yes, mainly because it’s our girl gang and we think we’re pretty cool, but also because there are so many a-maz-ing perks to joining this troop and we genuinely want to share this journey with you. First Step: Sign Up!
Brownie Points accumulate and are awarded to OSYGirls for their loyalty in the form of merit badges that can be redeemed as coupons. OSY Rewards come in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30 – these are the six badges.

What is your processing times?Orders are processed pending item payment approval. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or on holidays will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

Can I update my order?Sorry girl, orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Can I cancel my order?We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service st hello@ohsweetyoni.com for more information. See Return Policy if you would like to return your order after receiving it.

How do I track my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or something is missing?"We strive for perfection; disappointing our customers is not an option for us! Unfortunately, some things are beyond our control, but in those cases, we promise to step up and handle that shit quickly and expeditiously. If your OSY package arrives damaged, with incorrect items or missing an item, email us right away at orders@ohsweetyoni.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage. We will get back to you within 24 hrs (Monday-Friday) or 48hr (on the weekends or holidays) with a satisfactory resolution.

Domestic shippingWe have the following shipping options available for select eligible regions: UPS Economy - 3-8 business days UPS Ground - 2-5 business days UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days (for orders placed by 2pm EST Monday-Friday) Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

International shippingUnfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We ship only to the 50 states of the United States and Canada. COMING SOON: We will offer Standard (via Landmark Global) and Express (via DHL) shipping options depending on the destination country. The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout. The total shipping price including duties & taxes will also be displayed during checkout. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver.

Can I change my shipping address?Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If you enter a wrong address and someone else receives your package, we are not responsible for the loss. If you enter an invalid shipping address or you miss the package delivery and it is returned to us, we will issue you a refund, minus the shipping cost.

What is your return policy?We are a personal care company and due to the intimate nature of our products, for safety reasons, most of our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. There are a few items (particularly our merch) that we will accept returns for. Please check the "FYI" section on the product page to see if it is returnable before checking out. All domestic orders must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped for items that are returnable/refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs on all returns. Products must be returned sealed or unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. See shipping for more information on international orders.

How do I request a return?For items that can be returned (check "FYI" section on product page), please email Customer Service: orders@ohsweetyoni.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows that is was delivered. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Can I exchange a item?At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for items that are returnable (check "FYI" section on product page). Send and email to Customer Service: orders@ohsweetyoni.com with the details of what you'd like to return and we will be happy to assist. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. Please place a new order for the new item.

What if my package is damaged or has a damaged item?We sincerely apologize that you received a damaged item. We hate disappointing you! Please send a photo of the damaged product to orders@ohsweetyoni.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 10 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Are your products all-natural?Abso-fucking-lutely! All OSY products are 100% natural and CLEAN. In the beauty industry, the term 'Clean' refers to using ingredients sourced from nature, omitting potentially harmful synthetics and harsh preservatives. We are committed to using only truly natural, non-toxic ingredients with no synthetic preservatives, parabens, sulphates or GMO.

Are you cruelty-free?OSY is cruelty-free! We do not test our formulas on animals.

Are you vegan-friendly?With the exception of a Mimir, our Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask (which is made from the fiber spun by silkworms ), OSY is vegan-friendly and does not use animal-derived ingredients.

Is it safe to use your products if I am pregnant or nursing?We have products that are safe for pregnant or nursing Mamas here. However, we also have products that are a big no, no for pregnant or nursing mothers. We HIGHLY recommend checking the ingredients list and viewing our "CAUTION!" and "FYI" sections on the product page of all products you intend to use while pregnant or nursing. Always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.

Allergies or bad reactionsThe ingredients of all of our products are listed on the product page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different people may react differently to our products, but please read the reviews of our other customers as well as check out OSY TV for video tutorials on how to correctly use our products. It is always best to know and understand how your body reacts to various products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send our OSY team a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures. Please note that issues should be reported immediately or within 14 days of receipt of the item.

What are Brownie Badges?Our six oh-so-sweet badges starting as a SUPPORTER, all the way up to the RIDE OR DIE brownie badge. These are the different membership tiers. There are dollar value coupons for each tier you move up to. There are also a slew of perks, special offers and ridiculously generous gifts to be earned as you graduate with enough points to elevate you to a new badge.
