SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping:

 

We have the following shipping options available for select eligible regions:

 

UPS Economy - 3-8 business days
UPS Ground - 2-5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days (for orders placed by 2pm EST Monday-Friday)


Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business day processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We ship only to the 50 states of the United States and Canada.


 

COMING SOON:

 

We will offer Standard (via Landmark Global) and Express (via DHL) shipping options depending on the destination country.

 

The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.

The total shipping price including duties & taxes will also be displayed during checkout.

 

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver.

RETURN POLICY

We are a personal care company and due to the intimate nature of our products, for safety + health reasons, most of our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

There are a few items (particularly our merch) that we will accept returns for. Please check the "FYI" section on the product page to see if it is returnable before checking out.

 

All domestic orders must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped for items that are returnable/refundable.

 

Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

 

Products must be returned sealed or unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

 

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. See shipping for more information on international orders
